Who we are
CampingBooker is operated by Nikola Golubović (Golux). For anything about your data, write to hello@campingbooker.com and a person answers.
What this site collects
Very little, because the booking platform is not open yet. This site has no accounts and no forms. It loads Google Tag Manager, a Google service we use to measure visits; the measurement tags it loads can set cookies and send Google the pages you view, your browser details and your IP address.
Like any web server, ours records each request it receives: the IP address, the time, the page asked for and the browser's user agent. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, and keep them no longer than that needs. The site is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure, which processes this traffic on our behalf.
When you write to us
Every button on this site opens an email to hello@campingbooker.com. If you send one, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as a campsite name or a phone number. We use it to answer you and, if you run a campsite, to talk about listing it. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be told when bookings open.
When bookings open
Booking a stay will need more: an account, the details of the stay and guests, and a payment. This policy will be updated to describe that before any of it is collected, and the date at the top of this page will change.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@campingbooker.com. If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you can also complain to your national data protection authority.
